How do we work?

1. Product Development

Our team will discuss your ideas with you and advise on fabrications and suitable printing methods to develop the technical drawings and tech packs that will bring your ideas onto paper and to life. Or,send us your own technical sheet and dimension chart,we will make a quote for you first.Actual reference samples will be better for cost caculation of available.

2. Fabrics & Trims Sourcing

Our sourcing staff works with our network of local suppliers to provide you with an array of different fabrics, trims, notions, buttons, and zippers for your designs. Custom fabrications, dye, trims, and notions options are also available. We also work with Avery Dennison, Brand ID etc, custom appointed supplier.

3. Sampling

Our dedicated sampling lines and highly experienced workforce usually takes 1 to 2 weeks to create the paper patterns and grade the sizes before cutting and sewing your samples. All developing samples will be free as long as clients place purchasing orders.

4. Pre-Production

We will provide the pre-production & size run samples before start production to make sure everything is correct. It usually takes 7-10 days to prepare samples,after we received fabrics and trims from supplier.

5. Bulk production

After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork, and the down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks. It also depends on the order quantity, we will discuss the timeframe and shipping timely.

6. Quality Assurance

We strive to create quality products that will keep your customers coming back. Bes-tex’s own QC teams will perform standard quality control checks and fix any problems before packaging.

7. Packaging We will follow client’s packing specs to pack goods properly.

In the clothing manufacturing world, we understand that the devil is in the details. All items are steam ironed, neatly folded, packed individually into poly bags, and boxed before shipping to the final destination.
